Start-Up & Commissioning

We provide a complete inspection of the application, installation of the generator set, ATS or switchgear, electrical connection, controls & annunciation, intake air duct & exhaust system, the cooling system and fuel supply. We meticulously monitor the parameter readouts of the controls including oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel pressure, engine speed, voltage, frequency, and phase balance. Load bank testing is included to ensure the generator set capacity and performance as well as transfer testing and system safety testing to ensure engine protection and generator protection systems are fully functional. We follow manufacturer specific test points to ensure the system is up to the manufacturer's standards. Our highly qualified personnel provide a detailed inspection and functionality report upon completion.
